Time series visualisation

Hi,

How to best represent time series with high dimensional data. 

Imagine medication provided by a continues infusion pump, the medication has a name, concentration, the pump can be on and of a certain speed of the pump can be defines. 

This data from that one drug is available from a patient cohort. How to best visualize this in a diagram with time axis?
