Find a threshold to classify mutiple variable

If somebody want to classify the labels with value of variable, which way shall be used?

Example set is in attachment.

    You're going to have to do a bit more work than just attaching data, how about working up a process and attaching that? :)

    Here's one hint: you should take a look at "Create Threshold" and "Apply Threshold" operators.  Tutorials are available in the help.

    Thank for your reply. However, It has not use model. Therefore, no confidence and no predicted label are included in example set. The create/apply threshold can not be directly used! Might I should "find threshold"? But no predicted label!
