Result in table format

Hi all,

    I am a newbie and its only 4-5 days that i started using RAPIDMINER.I liked it very much. But i want to know is there a way for statistical analysis like calculating frequencies,tables like SPSS . eg:- no of students who participated in item no 1,item no2 etc. Can anyone please help.I have to use Rapidminer for my further work.So want to get an idea about the basics. thanks for any help.

Also i want to know can we get the results in table format as in SPSS??????

    Hi,

    I have never used SPSS, so I can't say anything in that regard. However regarding your example: You can do that with the Aggregate operator. Just select the group by attributes and then add the aggregation attributes and select count as the aggregation function.
    And you might want to have a look at the example processes (look at the 'Samples' repository) provided with RapidMiner to get some ideas of what and how you can do cool stuff :)

    Is there any additional tutorials for this software as the existing tutorial do not cover all the topics in detail.......
