Cluster Density Performance

Can someone explain me the results of this operator? I get a negative number. Comparing to two clusters algorithms, the best algorithm is the one with high minus number or the one with low ?

    Andrew has written a blog post about this topic. To make it short: A higher density indicates a better cluster.
