Counting antecedent in Association Rules

Hello people!

How I can count the antecedents that apply for an association rule?
For example, if I have an association rule like: A,B,C => D, E
I would like to count (for each rule found) how many transactions apply for this rule, have A,B and C but no D and E.

I hope I made my point.
