Release 6 Certification

Hello Folks,

Now that RapidMiner 6 has been released, any feedback on when RapidMiner 6.x manuals will be available will be available for studying for the certification?

Is there some place I can check for sample questions for the analyst test?

    Hi,

    the updated manual is currently being worked on. Studying the manual for the previous version is a good basis though. Quite a few things look different, but the basic principle behind them did not change in most cases. In other words, an experienced RapidMiner 5 user will have not much trouble getting around in RapidMiner Studio 6.
    We do also offer Training courses which are a very good way to prepare for the certification.

    Marco, thank you for your valuable feedback.  I'm new to RapidMiner and there is not much local training being offered.  I am eager to get certified ASAP, hey maybe even offer RM training in the NYC metro area after that.  I've been reading up the 5.x manuals and wanted to avoid getting certified in 5.x when 6.x is already out and having to appear for the 6.x certification again.
