"Increase decision tree accuracy"

Hello everyone,

I am very new to data mining as I am currently working on my final project, I have large dataset (6.2 million entries) however due to low memory I am currently using only 300k for my decision tree. After I finish training the data I get 17% accuracy, isn't that a little too low for a percentage?

So my question is if there anyway to increase the accuracy rate?

I hope I was clear, if there are more questions I am ready to answer them.
