"Time series Prediction trend accuracy"

Dears,

I have a questions regarding the prediction trend accuracy of time series forecasting. How it is calculated? as i'm using it and i need to refer to it in my paper. It will be great if you can provide me with a reference for the trend accuracy calculation rather than the code.
