Can anyone tell me how I could extract the data packet payload data from a .pcap file and save it as a dataset in a .csv file for analysis in RapidMiner?  Thanks.

hello @jdude35 - that's a very good question.  Not to my knowledge but I see that there are wrapper libraries for Java and Python so perhaps it is possible with the Execute Python or Execute Program operators?  Maybe @mschmitz has a clever idea?  :)

I absolutely agree. Python or Java are the ways to go.
