Ability to hide the welcome screen and upsell offers

Please, add a posibility to disable display of:

 

  1. The welcome screen titled: "Open an existing process". Why I believe it can be helpful, I just want to directly jump into a blank process.
  2. Upsell offers. I get it, you must make money. But a hidden checkbox somewhere in the setting would be nice for control freaks.

    hello @yzan - yes I completely agree with #1.  Been asking for it for a while but clearly it is affecting us control freaks more than others.  :)  As for upsell offers, I will pass along your request for a "hidden checkbox".  :)
