Anoying: Banner constantly reappearing

Can the banner at the top which usually makes announcement - but now is annoyingly redisplaying "Do you know how good your model is? - be switched to a one-off display.
At the moment thi scan't be sete to quiet-mode, neithet by clicking to remind me latter nor by clicking the video, nor bei clicking the (x)

I am sure, this was just a little mistake in the settings.
