Assigning documents to clusters

I would like to cluster some claim handler notes and then use the clusters as predictors of claim severity in a predictive model. I already used the notes in the training data with x-means to cluster the notes in the training data. My question is, now how do I assign the notes in the test data to the existing clusters, so that I can score the test data?
