Does RM have a RFBN capabiliy? And if YES, how can I access it? Or if NO, why not?

I guess you could build one using the Keras extension from the marketplace (see: https://marketplace.rapidminer.com/UpdateServer/faces/product_details.xhtml?productId=rmx_keras), potentially also with the Deep Learning extension here (see: https://marketplace.rapidminer.com/UpdateServer/faces/product_details.xhtml?productId=rmx_deeplearning). 

Did not try this myself but those would be the first two places I would check.
