Unable to start RM9

I used old version 5,  now I removed it and reinstalled new RM 9 version, after installation, when I click on the icon, nothing happening

    Hi @DrDavid ,

    could you perhaps give us a bit more details? What operating system you are using, for example?
    Is it possible that the icon (link?) still points to the old installation? Can you try to start RapidMiner 9 directly from the installation folder?

    Thank you Mr David, OS is windows 7, 32 bit, Ohhh, I realized.. maybe it's my mistake, I downloaded 64 bit... OK. I will try with 32-bit download....for 64-bit installation, I tried from the installation folder also..any how first I will try for this 32...Thank you
