How to configure shared home directory for Rapidminer Server HA?

I was setting up HA for RapidMiner server and have mounted a NFS, that is supposed to be used as the shared home directory for the server instances.
Everything works while the first server installation, but on giving the same "Rapidminer Server Home" directory as the first installation, the 2nd server installation prompts an error saying "Home Directory not empty".
Now for both the installations to share the same home directory, how can this be achieved? I am using Rapidminer Server 9.2.1.
