Due to recent updates, all users are required to create an Altair One account to login to the RapidMiner community. Click the Register button to create your account using the same email that you have previously used to login to the RapidMiner community. Preferences wont open

Hey there,
as the title suggests the RM preferences wont open if clicked, the same goes for the marketplace. Essentially I just wanted to activate parallel computing, but the window wont pop-up. I tried restarting my PC, searching in the forums, but didnt had success yet. Any Ideas are welcome.

    Hi,

    Are you having a multi-monitor setup? Usually it will open where the main Studio window is, but you never know depending on OS, screen layouting in multi-screen setups, etc.
    If that is not the case, I suggest having a look at the .RapidMiner/rapidminer-studio.log file in your user home folder. It may contain an error which is preventing these dialogs from opening.
    I'm curious about this one, because I have never encountered this particular issue before..
