I am trying to get a "visualisation" of some data but this error message appears. I've tried some suggestions from previous posts but without success. Any ideas would be appreciated, thank you.

    Hi Martin,
Thank you for getting back to me.
For background, I installed RapidMiner in April 2020, it says it is version 9.6. My computer has "Windows 10 Education"

    Your colleague suggested
    https://community.rapidminer.com/discussion/54973/what-is-could-not-initialize-html5-browser

which I had already tried to imitate without success.

I went to settings/preferences/user interface. The only change I could make was log level to CONFIG.
(My version also has a "visualisations row limit modifier" choice showing 1.0 which the 54973 didn't display)

Everything else already matched. It didn't change the error (?) message when I tried to run it again.

I have looked to try and find log displays ... I couldn't find anything.

Thank you for your expertise on this.

    Simon
