Decision tree: What is the standard algorithm?

Hello people. Could someone tell me what is the standard decision tree algorithm? I need to justify it in a scientific study, but as the operator is already ready, I don't know which algorithm is being used, J48, ID3, etc., etc. Thank you in advance
