Can we use Rapid Miner to solve Data Mining using SVM with Neural Tangent Kernel ?

In RapidMiner, SVMs can use a Neural Network kernel, which consists of two layers implementing the function tanh(a x*y+b), where a and b are the kernel parameters. While NTKs in theory can feature deep networks, it has not been implemented in RapidMiner.
