Due to recent updates, all users are required to create an Altair One account to login to the RapidMiner community. Click the Register button to create your account using the same email that you have previously used to login to the RapidMiner community. Mac window freeze

I have a small problem with the software that I can't find a solution to anywhere.
On a Mac, the software regularly freezes when I want to use the visualization. The window freezes, the application runs in the background, but remains unusable. 
I have to close it completely, it won't let me save the process.
Could there be a solution to this?
