I wonder why there is a question mark in PCA's standard devidation

I have a question in the process of performing the correlation matrix and the correlation matrix applied with pca. When running the process and look at the results of the pca, a question mark appears as follows. Why is the problem occurring?

    likely because there is no 15th component because you limit the #components?
