My Rapidminer account has been blocked, how do i unblock it ?

I tried logging in to my RapidMiner account multiple times and now it got blocked, i checked my username and password and it was correct don't know  what happened. need assisstance.

    Hi Shuaib,  could you give the exact URL where you attempted to login?
