"How to output cluster model file (.clm) and performance file into text file?"

Hi all,

I got cluster model file (.clm) and performance file (.per) after finishing the clustering process I setup.

Afterwards, I can read the clm file and per file by using RapidMiner and see the Centroid Table and PerformanceVector.

But I want to know that can I output it (Centroid Table and PerformanceVector) to common text file like csv? So that I can do more analysis on the figures.
If it is possible to do that, how to? (I have tried many operators with RapidMiner GUI, but I cannot make it...)

Thanks, and RapidMiner is really good!!!

    Hi,

I just found an operator called 'Write as Text' which can write the PerformanceVector into file!! :D
But it still cannot output the Centroid Table of a cluster model...

    Hi,
there's an operator called Extract Cluster Prototypes, which will return an example set containing all cluster centroids. You can either continue analyzing it with RapidMiner or use the Write CSV to export it as an csv file.
