Very first analysis

Dear all,
first thank you very much for such a great work of developing and supporting Rapid Miner.
I'm starting to use the software to make tests in preparation of a thesis.
I've watched some video and tried some examples but I would like to ask some opinions about how to proceed in my case.
I've access to a datawarehouse of a food firm with some datamarts.
From one of them I exctract a report, then exported in excel, with these fields:
which the numbers represents the euros of products sold.
I would like to make some analisys starting from that table but honestly I don't know what could be interesting to do.
Something about classification of the customers? Prediction of future sales? ???
I'm trying to get a tip on what to do, so any advice are welcome.
