Hi to all,

I want to plot a diagram that will show me how my SVM performs. That is how well my model seperates two classes.

So I built my model and run the application. After that I right clik over SVM operator and choose Show Kernel Mode. When I'm in Kernel Mode I swtich to plot view.

I choose Scatter for the plotter. Here I have parameters such as:

x-axis
y axis
color column

I'm not sure what to enter to these plot parameters, can anyone help?

I entered "label" to x- axis I guess this puts my classes (label attribute) to x axis ?

What should I enter to y-axis adn Color column?

there are some default selections such ass alpha-counter-label etc, and I'm not sure which one to use

    Hi,

in the scatter plot, you could plot the function value versus the label. But usually you would use the X-Validation or X-Prediciton operators to apply the SVM to a data set and then create plots on the actual data instead of the SVM model. The post linked in my signature provides links to video tutorials and other documentation material which will be helpful for you.

    Happy Mining!
