count the occurrences of pairs of attributes

Hi everyone, I'm a newbie of the program; I have this table excel (extract, complete file attached):

each row has only one 2 and only 3.

I want to create a pattern that identifies the numbers and generates the pairs of emotions; for example for the line with the id: 2271 there is 2 for neutral and 3 for disgust -> the generated couple is neutral, disgust; for the row with id 2678 there is 3 happiness for and 2 for disgust -> the generated pair is happiness, disgust 

Can someone help me?
