"The problem with using SMOTE upsampling"

Hello
I received 4,000 data from Twitter about the movie, and I found polarity with sentiment analysis.
But the data is not balanced
I downloaded and installed SMOTE upsampling but I do not know how to use it to balance data.

    can you please be a bi tmore specific about what you do not understand? Did you investigate the tutorial processes of the operator?
