RapidMinor 8.2 window doesn't appear. Installation showed successfully done.

Facing an issue with Rapid Minor 8.2. Installed RapidMinor 8.2 on Windows 7 Ultimate (64 Bit) successfully but not able to run. Window of RapidMinor is not being appeared. Seeking help to resolve the issue.

    can you check what the rapidminer-studio.log in your .RapidMiner folder contains?

    Thanks for your response.

     

    However, I am not able to see any .Rapidminor folder,neither rapidminer-studio.log.

     

    Please suggest!

    Hi Chitransh,

     

    the .RapidMiner folder can be found in the home directory of the installing user on your machine. If this folder does not exist please try installing RapidMiner Studio again. Else attaching the rapidminer-studio.log file from that folder to this thread could help us solve the issue.
