RapidMiner Server 8.2 (BYOL) Error buying from marketplace Azure

Iam receving the next error:

I'm From Mexico and i  have tried regions "East US" and "South Central US".  What region can I create the  RapidMiner Server 8.2 (BYOL) on azure o why i am receing this error?

    Hi. Unfortunately, Mexico region is not supported (even if you use VMs from other regions). Microsoft doesn't offer tax-collection services there and we're trying to find out a workaround, but we may not have a solution in the short term.
