How PSO optimizes C and gamma for SVM?

I want to implement PSO algorithm to optimize parameters C and gamma for SVM in order to improve its accuracy. Can anyone help me with the code of PSO or help me to where to start with?

    I will surely try one. Can you give me the link of the paper or the algorithm on which SVM(PSO) node for rapidminer is based? That will help me out in understanding the flow of code.
