Is there a way to use repository type folder paths with Read AML operator? I'm trying to make my paths to datasets relative but can't get anything to work.

If not, do I need to convert my data from .aml to the rapidminer data repository formats to be able to use relative paths? (looks like these are the .ioo files) These are encrypted and I don't know how to convert from .aml to .ioo files.

    Hi pozarrat

Thats correct, the aml operator cannot handle relative paths. You can use the Store operator to save data (or anything else) into your repository.
