Is it possible to log the mikro average performance from one of the X-validation operators?
At the moment i'm using a Log operator and writing to a file, but that only saves the average accuracy on each fold.

actually you can just save the resulting performance vector if you want. Or you might use the Reporting extension to write the Performance VEctor into an Excel sheet.
