Ontology Extraction using RM??

Hi all,
I aim to extract the concepts from an ontology file (e.g DBpedia owl file) and use these concepts to annotate my documents before using them for text mining (clustering, classification ... etc). In other words, the documents will be represented by the ontology concepts rather than by the actual terms they consist of.
My question is: Is there any Ontology Extraction extenstion to RapidMiner that I can use to help me? I have read about RMonto http://semantic.cs.put.poznan.pl/RMonto/doku.php but I'm not sure it does what I want.
