    Hi,

by system I meant which operating system do you use? Like Windows, Linux, OS X.
And what RapidMiner version do you have exactly? The latest one is 5.2.2. This can be seen in the About RapidMiner Window (Help>About RapidMiner...)

Sorry, overlooked that part of the question.

My PC runs Win7 Pro x64 with 8Gb RAM. My JRE is also 64 bit version.

I have the latest 5.2.2 RapidMiner.

    Thanks.

Then everything should be fine. Can you please post a screenshot of your garbled fonts?

Well, these fonts look strange indeed. Did you change anything regarding your Windows fonts? What is your default Font you use?

I have not fiddled with the fonts myself. Not sure what's wrong. But some Java programs are ok. With the garbled fonts, what font set does RapidMiner use? May be I will reinstall those fonts.

    Thanks and regards,
    Horace
