integrating wvtool with RapidMiner

Hi, I have followed the WVTool user guide for integrating the WVTool with RapidMiner, they said just copy the wvtool.jar to the lib\plugins library and you will get new tools names TEXT, I have tried that and didn't get anything, where did I miss? please help

    Did you place the plugin into the lib/plugins folder of the installation directory, usually in C:\Program Files\RapidMiner?
    Did you restart RapidMiner?
    I don't know the mentioned tool, is it made for the version of RapidMiner you are currently using?
