"Date-Values in Decision Trees only as UNIX TS?"

Hello,
I m kinda new to datamining and I tried to use decision trees for a dataset where I have a lot of date values. (e.g. 2012-01-29, etc) When I use the date attributes in a decision tree, it always displays the UNIX time values - at least I guess that the values are UNIX TSs. (eg. > | <= 127802880000) Is there a way to use real date values? It would improve the readability of the tree a lot!
Thanks,
Mario
