Need a little support for ROC

I have a data set about Thyroid. I want to analysis it by using ROC. I got the graph below.

I want to make that graph like below but I couldn't do it. İf anyone can help me, i will be gratful. Thanks a lot.

    I have found. it was a decison tree output. i have another question about ROC output graph. How can we analysis or explain a ROC output graph
