How can I open an ARFF data set ??

hi dear users
i want to open an ARFF data set : Amazon_initial_50_30_10000 but i can't !

that is accessible  on link http://archive.ics.uci.edu/ml/datasets/Amazon+Commerce+reviews+set

please help me

    Hi,

    you can download it, extract the .arff file from the .rar archive, and then open it with the "Read ARFF" operator.
