Ram for each Rapid Miner version

Hi there,

I am very new with Rapid Miner, just about to download to try, I am not sure where to post this, anyhow, on the product page, every version there is a ram requirement in the column, is that minimum requirement or maximum ram requirement for that version?

    Hi,

    the RAM listed for the different licenses is the maximum amount of RAM RapidMiner Studio can use, regardless of how much your system actually has.
    The absolute minimum for RapidMiner Studio to work in is 512 MB of RAM. Depending on the task you want to do you may need much more though, i.e. RapidMiner Studio might run out of memory at some point during process execution.
