Convert an categorical value in examples to an attribute

I am trying to get some insights from India Census 2011, in which one attribute is rural/urban/state. I want to convert this categorical attribute to new 3 attributes and group the example.

    Use the Nominal to Numerical operator and select Dummy Coding or Unique Integers
