multiple rows in single row

i want to detect spam in sms data set.after process of document ,i want to write excell and use the excell dataset for target dataset in "matlab neural net toolbox"....the problem is :the rapidminer output is not 2*500 and it is 225*500 beacse same label rows(for example ham or spam are scatterd like atteched pic)...how can i making 2 row :that one is ham and another spam?
