Text Mining - Survey Data Clustering

I'm working with open-ended survey questions. Particularly, I am interested in grouping 3 questions into clusters to find similarities between them (i.e., one cluser would be one topic). I don't have a lot of experience with Rapidminer so I hope someone could guide me through this.
