we are currently working on a sequence mining plugin containing Generalized Sequential Patterns and other sequence mining algorithms together with some transformation operators in order to create appropriate data representations. We try to finish this plugin until the next release.
Until then, you could try the already included operator W-GeneralizedSequentialPatterns (I don't remeber the exact name and I also do not know the exact data format which is necessary).
Cheers,
Ingo
