Due to recent updates, all users are required to create an Altair One account to login to the RapidMiner community. Click the Register button to create your account using the same email that you have previously used to login to the RapidMiner community. can't download marketplace extensions. says "cannot connect to marketplace".

i turned off all firewall and security, updated java and restarted rapidminer.  still not working.

 

i also manually downloaded the extensions, moved to rapidminer plugins folder, and restarted rapidminer. my internet connection is great. please help.

    welcome to the community!

     

    Did you check your (RapidMiner) proxy settings? Can you maybe also take a screenshot after you clicked "Show details" in the error dialog?
