connection with vertica db

i make de connection with jdbc for vertica db, but when i press the button test, show me this msg "vjdbc" 100024, exception while communication with the server. java io EOF Exception.

    Hi @claudio_rebolle

     

    Error 100024 is a Network Error, not part of RapidMiner and/or JDBC but an error emitted by the Vertica JDBC driver. Are you able to connect to the Vertica database using another client? If so, is there any different configuration between that client and RapidMiner Studio/Server? If you aren't able to connect, is there any kind of firewall you are using that might be blocking you?
