Hello, Im writing this to ask for some help regarding a project im working on. I have a set of data concerning black Friday sales. Im tasked with segmenting the consumers based on various combination of their characteristics, and compare how the segments are different in the shopping behaviors. Bad thing Is I do not believe the way I have configured my program does the task.
Im relatively new to rapid miner and do not know most of the ins and outs to the program. Included is the rmp file and csv file.

Hi @dudley_15 - so all I can see in your process is a retrieve operator. That's a good start.
If you want to do segmentation, why not just pop it into Auto Model and choose "Cluster". This is a great way to get started with segmentation.
