    Hi & welcome to the community,
    Would you mind sharing some more details on the problem you encounter?  What did you try to do?  How?  On what type of data?  And finally, and potentially most helpful, what was the error?
    I am sure we will be happy to look deeper into this issue as soon as we understand what the issue is.
