Version history is built into processes using RapidMiner Server. Right click any process in the repository to start a new version or see a prior version (assuming you have appropriate access permissions). There is also a free extension available in the marketplace for Model Management that you might be interested in checking out that can help with comparing and managing different model versions. This can be used in Studio as well.
