Due to recent updates, all users are required to create an Altair One account to login to the RapidMiner community. Click the Register button to create your account using the same email that you have previously used to login to the RapidMiner community. This will ensure that any previously created content will be synced to your Altair One account. Once you login, you will be asked to provide a username that identifies you to other Community users. Trial version can't connect to marketplace / install
Hi guys, I have successfully downloaded the trial version of RapidMiner. However, when I am trying to install the "Text Processing" extension I get an error message (screenshot attached). This happens whilst using corporate WiFi and using my iPhones mobile hotspot. Any pointers?

This might be due to some firewall that is blocking your marketplace connection. There is another way to install extensions. You can download jar files and then place them in .rapidminer folder. Please see below threads from @sgenzer that helps you installing an extension without a marketplace.

The .rapidminer folder is in "C:\Users\varun\.RapidMiner" for my PC. Look at your user folders to see where your .rapidminer folder is in.
