Issue for connecting to Marketplace server

Hello,
I'have just installed RM Studio (Trial version 9.5.001) and I can't connect to Marketplace.
The pending task "Connecting to Marketplace server" remain to 33%.(see photo).
I do not have any error message and dont find any comments about this specific issue. I noticed several issues in the community regarding problem to connect to Marketplace server (Proxy/Firewall configuration). Could you give me more detail about firewall/proxy configuration?
